The company reserves the right to vary the service in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passenger.

The company is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason therefore.

Each passenger is entitled to have not more than 2 pieces luggage and 2 surf board per person carried free of charge. If loading is available then excess luggage will be carried at the company’s standard rates, and if loading is not available then the company may arrange to forward excess at the passenger’s own risk expense and by other means of transport specified by the passenger.

The passenger shall not take onto the vessel or include in his luggage any explosives, volatile spirits, corrosives, any easily ignitable articles or offensive thing likely to cause inconvenience to other passengers or anything likely to endanger the vessel, other passengers or goods.

The company accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to luggage or loss damage or injury to the passenger arising out of or in any way incidental or connected to the service or the accommodation of the passenger or the transfer of any luggage between the vehicle and/or the vessel and/or any place of accommodation whether such loss, damage or injury may be due or alleged to be due to negligence or misconduct on the part of the company, it’s servants or agents or otherwise howsoever.

The passenger shall comply with the instructions of the company’s servants and agents concerning all matters connected with the service and shall comply with any notice exhibited on the vessel.

The passenger whilst on the vessel shall not consume any intoxicating beverage unless it has been sold or otherwise supplied to him on board by servants of the company.

The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may arise or be alleged to arise in the event of cancellation of the service or the abandonment of the service during the course thereof (should the company or any of its servants or agents in their absolute discretion decide that such abandonment is necessary) or of any deviation or delay in the service arising from any cause whatsoever. In any such event the company shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise and additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.

The company may arrange for any other person to undertake the service hereby contracted or for any part thereof and such person or his service or agents shall be entitled to the benefit of these conditions to the same extent of the company as if such person were a party to this contract.

The company reserves the right, in the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passenger, to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the company’s current scale of refunds.

This contract is subject to and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and the passenger agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of that country.

No condition of carriage other than set out on this page will be recognized. This contract may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger.

Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.

Terms of Business

1. Liability

All legal transactions result from the booking, you enter directly into the enterprise Blue Water Cruises, which is responsible for the programs. The company Blue Water Cruises is liable as tour operator for conscientious tour preparation and handling, for the correctness of the described service as well as for the regular producing of the agreed services.

If you have a justified complaint and the tour management cannot remind that, the tour management will write down your complaint without admitting it. Please notice that this writing down has to be submitted to us within one month after finishing the journey. The claim to Blue Water Cruises expires after this time limit. Blue Water Cruises can change the dates and the routes for important reasons. The participation in sailing and dive activities, excursions and tours is at one’s own risk. Every guest is responsible for carrying all necessary documents like passport, tickets, vaccination, dive brevets. Guest who do not have all necessary documents and therefore can not take part in the travel at the fixed date do not have any claim on a repayment of the traveling expenses.

2. Condition by withdrawal

The traveler can withdraw from the journey by written explanation, anytime before the beginning of the journey. The tour operator is authorized to demand flat rate fees of withdrawal - considering the expected expenses and the possible other range of use of the tour guides. The following percentage is valid : till 42 days before the travel begins 20% of the travel expense. From the 41st to the 15th day before the travel begins 50 % of the travel expense, from the 14th day before the travel begins 100 % of the travel expense. Blue Water Cruises is authorized to cancel the journey anytime in case of not enough guests, natural disaster, strikes or domestic affairs.

3. Insurance

The transport services are of limited liability. We recommend insurance for baggage , illness and accident.

4. Legal domicile

The traveler can sue the tour operator in their headquarters only. In case of complaints by the tour management against the traveler the residence of the traveler is decisive.

International Flights

All our charters are offered without flights. You must book a flight by yourself.

If you have dive baggage with you then inform yourself about special offers by Airlines.

Domestic Flights

By inquiry we can inform you about our favorite airlines. The necessary national flights (Bali - Sulawesi, Bali - Flores) you can book directly in Indonesia as it is cheaper.

With the bookings we offer our help as well. The prices is vary between 70,- EUR - 120,- EUR, depending on length and exchange rate.

From Denpasar/Bali to Makassar/Sulawesi Garuda Indonesia offers daily flights at 8.50 am. One ticket ( return ) ca. 110.-EUR.

Transport by car from the airport in Makassar to the harbor of Bira takes 3 hours. On require we can organize a charter transport for 50.-EUR per person. Public transport from the bus terminal from Makassar to Bira harbor is available for 5.- EUR per Person. Bus drivers wait until enough passengers for departure.

We can organize a stay for you in one beautiful bugis bungalow resort in Bira. The price varies between 5.-EUR for Standard and 25.-EUR (AC/hot water) per day.

Diving in Bira is managed by Blue Water Dive Center.

Service On Board

Ananda and Al Isra usually travel with minimum 4 maximun 8 persons. Our new boat Al Miraj provides space for minimun 9 upto 24 persons.
Each person has a single or double bunk below and a matrasse to sleep on deck.
Shared WC, shower and fresh water are provided.

Food & Drink

Inclusive are breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, tea, drinking water and tropical fruits. Cold Drinks (beer and softdrinks), cookies, snacks and some souvenirs are available on board.

The guides speaks German, English, and Indonesian.
